Paul began his career of over 30 years in the Oil & Gas Industry by working his way through the ranks in North Sea drilling. Following which, Paul moved into the service sector where he gained further first-hand experience in running wellbore clean-up tools before turning his focus to Sales, Operations & Technical management across the globe.

Having developed a vast technical knowledge of drilling, workover and debris management, Paul spent a further 10 years analysing problems, finding solutions and authoring various Best Practices documents for both operators and service companies globally. Paul has become a trusted advisor to many NOC’s & IOC’s throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.

Building on this extensive career and driven to develop innovative solutions for debris related issues and associated non-productive time problems, Paul set up WDS in 2017. WDS is focused on improving reliability to reduce lost time issues & associated cost.
